Information we collect
The inquiry system collects name, company, country, email, optional WhatsApp, request type, product, quantity, target timing and purchasing requirements.
How it is used
The data is used to save the RFQ, generate a reference, confirm specifications, prepare a quote and follow up on the order.
Storage and notification
The inquiry is saved in the site database first, then FormSubmit sends a notification to sales@hosefittings.cn. A notification failure does not remove the saved record.
Access or deletion
To ask about or delete an inquiry, email sales@hosefittings.cn and include the RFQ reference.
